Takealot doesn't want to deliver my order and their service is poor

Takealot don't want to deliver my order, I've ordered my order on the first of April till today i haven't received my package, all they do is to send me texts for delay then send emails claiming that they don't have my number for deliver but they can send texts for delay of delivery but when it comes to call they don't have my number. I mean it's been two weeks now.

Their service is poor 🚮
