Takealot doesn't want to cancel my dublicated order

I dublicated an order, right after realising my mistake I called and emailed takealot. But everyday I'm being told to call or send an email to cancel and I've been doing so for the past three days. Today I received an sms that they delivering the parcel and I must start the process afresh, they don't want to help nor refund me. Takealot is a bunch of *********** people and *****'s who never want to refund
