Takealot doesn’t take responsibility

The supplier returned my vacuum back as fully functioning but the whole vacuum pipe has been crushed. Takealot has kept me waiting without a vacuum cleaner for over 2 months now. I have demanded that they honour the replacement as they are liable to do and sort out the fight with the supplier on their own time but I get fobbed off with “wait”. I will be taking this matter further.
