TAKEALOT doesnt take DPA seriously, according to there Customer service advisors

If I could rate take a lot a no star I would, truly disappointment in the experience I had for the past few days, firstly I tried ordering 4 products but apparently the more you spend the late you can collect the product which was no good for me. I then ended up having to order individual gifts, however I was then charged for 5 gifts instead of 4, I escalated it to take a lot on 27/12/2018 I then spoke to an advisor who failed DPA, disclosed all my information over the phone then asked me to send my statement, she promised a call back and failed to do so, I was then concern as she had all my information without asking me for my name, email address etc. I then called back today being 28/12/2018 and I have to say this was the most horrific experience ever. the woman needs to be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. she had no empathy and sounded annoyed. I asked to speak to a manager I explained to her that im concern that my data is at risk, she tells me with an attitude that DPA is not important at TAKE ALOT.... I was disgusted, all trust has been lost! I asked her if my information is not important to take a lot then she says that Take a lot doesn't take DPA seriously!. when I asked her to just put her manager on the line she set expectation that all TLS is busy on escalations, I said ill wait, but then she placed me on hold for over 20minutes without refreshing me. Finally a useless Team Leader comes on the line who empathise (coz she has to) but then just wants to sort out my refund, however wants me to go into my bank to get proof of payment coz my bank statement isn't good enough. I then ask her seeing that she can see double payment cant she just give me a voucher, she tells me she will put in a request but cant guarantee anything... I work for a BPO who provides nothing less than excellent customer service. I know what DPA is, I know what GDPR is and I know how it works.... My order number, or at least one of it is ********** 0. Call me back. I would like a letter of apology from the CEO and compensation. and believe you me I will never buy from Take ALOT again!
