Takealot - doesn't let you shop anything you want!

After trying to order my son (with his birthday money), magnetic ***** twice which they could not deliver the correct one. We decided to rather get a Pokemon trainer cards set. Takealot showed it was for R999,00 and takealot accepted the payment of R999,00. Then Takealot cancelled my order and now wants me to paid R1400,00 for the same thing. Now my son still sits without a birthday present two months down the line. He is even more upset and disappointed then I am. I am actually on the verge of closing my account - I have never had this bad service from Takealot these many years that I have been ordering from them. They dont even have anywhere to email or phone in the complaint. Very bad!
