Takealot doesn't give out refunds!!

I ordered a grass trimmer but the it did not even trim the grass...I decided to send it back at takealot umhlanga pickup point so I can get my refund, 1 week later I received a call from a unknown number they said they are "home choice " and they have a delivery for me mind you I did not order anything from home choice so I thought it's for my mom....but to my suprise it wasn't a home choice delivery it was from takealot who gave me a package and removed the label that had details of the delivery and when I opened the box it was the same grass trimmer 🤦🏽♀️ that I sent back and still I DID NOT GET MY REFUND! I didn't even get an explanation but on the app it stated they emailed me but when I check my emails there's no explanation from them
