Takealot doesn't deserve any points because their customer service is zero. I've attached the letter I wrote to takealot. The answer I received was a step by step to check credit and refunds. My question of short payment has been ignored from May 2024 until now. I need help to get my money back as they went ahead and refunded me too little money. This time was the worst.
