Takealot doesn't deliver then calls us ****s

I usually have no issues with Takealot but the recent encounter has left a bitter taste in my mouth. We bought 2 fans weeks ago. Only one was delivered and indeed we have proof of receipts saying only one was received and collected. However, when we tried to address this we are being sent from pillar to post...at one point one of your employees said they have confirmed that both were collected and received. So we are lying? You have cameras at your pick up points why don't you check those to confirm?

We need out other fan or you REFUND our money!
