Takealot doesn't deliver paid goods and customer service non-existent

I ordered a freezer from Takealot and they said product is out for delivery on 27 May. I received the sms and checked the app. No delivery happened. Takealot seems to have taken a stance by not responding to any customer queries. I accept that due to the Covid-19 lockdown their phone lines are down but they stopped responding to all customer complaints. Their helpline either doesn't get back to you and their social media ignores all complaints, yet they continue advertising. I still haven't received a response other than "we'll investigate". delivery is now 5 days late but main reason for the complaints are: "Non responsive customer service". If you can at least get back to your customers but we are all in the dark here...
