Takealot doesn't deliver on time.

I ordered a computer keyboard for my business. Takealot said they'd get it to me by the 3rd of Feb.... then they said "sorry, stock problems, wait a little longer" The next day they said that they tried to deliver, but the weather was bad, I thought this is a reasonable point. I could wait till Friday but really need the keyboard to work over the weekend........... NOTHING!!!!!! I emailed takealot and logged a service request yesterday morning and there is no response.... I suppose anyone that can help is off for the weekend? While I'm stuck using an inferior keyboard to do my work. I always seem to have an issue with Takealot, I've spent thousands of rand on their website but they couldn't seem to care. From now on, I'll just get in my car and go buy whatever I need. Takealot is just another South African company that doesn't know how to service their customers.
