TAKEALOT DOESN'T DELIVER ON REQUIREMENTS

I placed a Takealot order for delivery on Friday, 25 August, I paid an extra R100 for Sunday delivery because I needed the goods as soon as possible. Needless to say the goods weren't delivered on Sunday and I'm yet to get a phone call about the non-delivery on Sunday and I've, SO FAR, sent Takealot 12 e-mails about refunding my R100 and I've explicitly stated that I want a cash refund, NOT a voucher because I won't be using Takealot going forward. I was very impressed with their service and speedy delivery before but I've now had far too many issues with this business to carry on using them as a vendor!
