Takealot doesnt deliver items and just has no intrest doing so or atleast giving my money back.

Most incompetant company I ever had to deal with. We placed an order of almost R3000 with multiple items. However 3 of the items did not arive and after multiple emails and phone calls, 6 days later we stil dont even know what is going on or if we will ever receive our items. I will NEVER order from takealot again as clearly they are incapable of delivering to their clients. And I will be refering this matter the the consumer ombud because i paid for items i never received and no attempt is beimg made to refund me or even give a explanation. Beware
