Takealot doesn't deliver and won't refund either.

They did not have an item which I ordered and paid for. They did not bother notifying me that the item would not be delivered as expected. They just did not deliver and decided that they would give me a "Takealot credit" instead of refunding my credit card. Now, after calling them to fix their mess, I am told I need to send an e-mail too if I want a refund. I am truly gob-smacked!
