Takealot doesn’t come closer to Amazon, close your doors Takealot you loosing customers because of bad customer service

Im so disappointed in the services from Takealot I’ve been a long standing customer since they’ve opened their online stores idk what is going on anymore I’ve never heard of a warranty that expires in 6 months after purchasing a flat iron that cost more than 3k how dare they and then I made a purchase for a microwave on a discount just to be told that me and another person bought the item at the same time and unfortunately that was the last item on sale therefore I had to pay the original price what *** is that

Their support team is pathetic what happened to empathy helping your customer im so done with anything from them therefore I’ve changed I’ve never had any issues with Amazon
