I bought a heater from take a lot then heater was defective and I returned the heater last year September to companie's returns outlets and the company have been quite ever scince I decided to call them last month and ask what's happening with my heater, they agent didn't have clue of what happened to my heater as I didn't reflect on their system what actually happened then she emailed two days later mind that I returned the defective product to the six months ago, so she happened to lodge new return for my heater making it that I returned the heater recently to them and after that she instantly credited me back without informing me what happened to my heater and without giving the option for repair or return but decided that she's gonna make that Choice for me by crediting me back and I don't want the credit back I want my heater back now their coming with bull**** story that they don't have the product on that price range meaning I. Can't afford the very same heater that I had
