Takealot doesn't care about ****** order

It is sad that I need to write a poor review with the hope that my order will be delivered/replaced. Bought products from Takealot and the delivery was scheduled for 13 Jan 2021. It was delayed to the 15 which is understandable. I never received my order on the 15 and when I checked the tracking on the App the it said it was delivered on the 15. When following up with Takealot they sent me proof of delivery with my name on which was established to be a lie. Now they no longer reply my emails.

Firstly, it is ***** the delivery company commited when signing for my order, which they also could have ******. And secondly Takealot simply does not care about the fact that they basically stole my order and does nothing about it.
