Takealot doesn't care about Customer Service.

Takealot does care about their customers. To make a transaction and pay takes seconds. For them to attend to a query hours. I places an order on Saturday. Was supposed to get my delivery on Thursday. Thursday morning I checked this delivery status and the parcel is still at the factory and not even shipped. I phone takealot and go a lane excuse of they not sure why this happened and it will at 2-3 hours to find out from the factory. I ask for a team leader to phone me. After an hour waiting, for a response, I phoned again. This time I was put through to a team leader. I decided to cancel the order and I wanted the money I paid for the products that wasn't shipped yet, to be credited to my account. The team leader said that he will do it and phone me back. 3 hours later, no credit, no call back, nothing!! No customer service. Nothing
