Takealot doesn't care.

I am disappointed with the continuously poor service that I have received from Takealot up to this point. I repeatedly requested that my package be delivered at home, because I am not allowed to be at the office, even during phase 3 of the nationwide lock-down, yet it was still delivered to my work address. After continuous emails back and forth, they STILL got it wrong. Now i'm getting notifications from Takealot that could be seen as weird online threats, telling me that I only have 2 more attempts left to reschedule the delivery of my order. It's literally like I'm begging this company to give me my stuff that I paid them for. This is atrocious.
