I bought a couch at takealot it was on the 30 of October buy the delivery the couch on the 10th of November I sow the couch on the otherwise is broken then I made the email of them telling what is happening on my couch.they come and collect on the 15 of November on the 16 the decline saying its my fault 🙃 I should report within 7 days .so now the don't send back to me the couch I still waiting each and every time when I call they say it's on the warehouse.last week they says the is no driver to deliver.i need a help
