Takealot does not want to replace or refund me for a watch I did not break

I bought a smart watch from Takealot and when i was trying to take out a belt so that i can charge, the charging part came out . I couldn't believe because I was gentle and too careful. Now when i return it they are telling me its not going to be replaced because I damaged it even though it is within a warranty

Its not my fault that they used a cheaper material
