Takealot does not want to replace a product that is now more expensive on their website

I ordered 1 x Mellerware Fan Desktop Plastic Black 30cm 35W "Aquillo" on Takealot.

This fan had issues from night one and I returned it the day after receiving it. I now received communication that they are out of stock and because I said I would like a replacement this can now not happen.

However - I looked on their website and this fan is still available on their website. I paid R 399 on Takealot for the fan but now it is listed at R 634.

SO, this fan is not out of stock, they just dont want to replace it because now it is more expensive.

Even if I click on the fan I ordered, it takes me to the fan that is available for sale.
