Takealot does not want to refund my money

I bought two packs of Jockey underwears, one for males and the other for females, and paid R573.00 by credit card as per order ***. Each underwear pack consisted of five units. I was informed that males underwears were unavailable. The females underwaers were in mixed sizes of one unit large, two units medium and three units small.

I returned the female underwears. Furnish Takealot with my credit card account details, I was informed thgat payment will reflect on my account within 3 - 5 days. That was November 2023. After sending Takelot numerous emails requesttin my R573.00 today i anm still waiting for the said refund.
