Takealot does not want to give me back my money

I had purchased a dog door which they are not able to deliver with in the original time frame. The original time frame was 3-5 days from order date then was changed to delivery for the 26 January and was changed again to delivery on 30 January When I tracked the purchase the purchase has not even been made available for shipping yet. I phoned the call center and was assisted by a call center agent she confirmed that the delivery was moved to 30 January; i then kindly requested to get my money paid back as I can purchase the same product at a shop as I am not going to wait any longer; this request was met very rudely and I was told that they will not reimburse me. I want my money back now
