Takealot does not value their Loyal Customers!

As a loyal Takealot customer, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my recent experience with this Service Provider.

I bought a Garmin Fitness watch for my Father earlier this year (this was one of three fitness devices that I bought online from Takealot). Just over nine months later and the watch stops working.

I then logged a new exchange/return with Takelot and ensured that my mother comp**** with the packaging requirements when returning the watch via courier.

Takealot then responded saying that the glass was cracked and therefore the warranty was void.

When the watch was packaged and sent through to Takealot the glass was not cracked. We communicated this to Takealot. Takealot then returned the watch advising that there was nothing that they could do.

As an Attorney, if this matter is not resolved timeously, I will have no other option but to take it further legally as well as contact the Media regarding the pathetic service I have received from Takealot and Garmin!

I will also refrain from making any further purchases on Takealot!
