Takealot does not Take Returns

We have tried to return a coffee maker that was unused and their returns *** as an unwanted gift. Takealot returns marked this as faulty, they then opened the item and tested and then returned it back to us stating it is working. We then returned the item for the second time and then Takealot returns now responds that we dont qualify to return the item as it was opened and used. In fact they opened the item and tested it.

It annoys me when you cant return items easily as paying for them. These online companies make millions from us yet and are quick to take our money but makes it impossible to return items as they have rules.
