TakeALot does not replace or refund missing items

TakeALot does not replace or refund missing items. If you order multiple items, they sometimes pack these in separate boxes and not deliver all the items purchased. I ordered x4 items and only x3 were in the box when I opened them. I emailed them for the missing item and they told me for almost 3 weeks that they were "investigating" and constantly requested the same information (images and details) and when I complained that their service was dissatisfactory and requested management to assist, no manager got involved and their last response was "Unfortunately, we will not be replacing or refunding you". This was because they couldn't find any fault with the packaging which could either mean they do not know how to weigh packages or have have incompetence staff in my opinion. Always check your packages upon delivery or collection rather than trusting the items are in the boxes. They will not replace or refund any items that are missing. Shocking service mismanagement by the Take-a-lot team. Rather use Temu, Shein or Amazon.
