Takealot does not refund

I placed an order and had trouble with the payment going through, after a day the payment went through, but immediately I got an email stating that Takealot cancelled the order. The payment was done 21/07/2024 and until today I have not been refunded. I have spoken to a lady named Trisha.R but she simply said that I should take it up with PayFast. I bought from Takealot and used their app, why should I follow up from a 3rd party in this process. I feel that Trisha.R is doing no real effort to sort this out for me. So I am still out of R2700 currently
