Takealot does not order their advertised prices and specials

I placed an order for 2 pots sets, they were adverted to be on sale marked down from R699 to R119. These orders were placed on the 24/10/2020 and today the 30/10/2020 I received an email to say the orders will be cancelled and the money will be credited to my Takealot profile not even refunded. There are a number of problems with this, they are a big company if they made an error they should honor it until the correction is made or seek to urgently contact customers. This order was placed an anniversary gift and its extremely disappointing to see this kind of service, furthermore this goes against the CPA as if it was any other store I had walked in the price displayed would be honored. I can only imagine how risky it will be to buy from them during Black Friday if this is any indication... imagine you see a special and make the payment on the day and a few days later they cancel your order...
