My order for Kenwood Chef 20 March 2020 to deliver 01 April. The order is unilaterally cancelled with a Takealot credit for future use. Site does not facilitate a refund request. NO Takealot, you are NOT an essential service. You are a moneygrabbing company that saw an opportunity and did not protect your reputation and integrity, or existing customer orders that could have been handled after the lockdown.
