Takealot does not know where my return parcel is

I have send back a watch on Friday 16 September, it is already the 22nd today and the status still says Return Collection Scheduled. Now I get told the package is still on the way to the warehouse. Does it really take that long? I asked for my bank account to be credited because I need the money. If the watch is lost or ******, I will open a case of theft at the police station.
