takealot does not know how to deliver a spade

I have purchased a few things in 1 package on takealot, 1 thing they did not ship the same day is a spade, the original delivery date was the 25th, they have rescheduled many times and i have still not received my spade. this is the 8th time they reschedule and not deliver, cannot wait for amazon to come to SA then we wont have such nonsense
