Takealot does not honour their commitments!!!!!

I was a client of Kalahari and have been bombarded with emails from Takealot since they merged. I received a pack in the mail last week with a R100 voucher and decided to give them a try. I ordered 5 items, total value of R612.00. only 4 of the 5 items were delivered as they had run out of stock of one item. I asked for a refund on that item and what do you know, they deduct the R100.00 voucher from it and only refunded R39.00 instead of the R139.00 the item cost. I called in and asked why the voucher amount wasn't deducted from one of the other 4 items, for instance the most expensive item of R339.00 and the lady gave me the usual \the system decides"excuse. Just strange that your system would choose the one item you needed to refund!!! Why send me a voucher if you had no intention of giving me the discount!!!
