Takealot does not honor their warranty.

Bought a product from Takealot and when I tried using the product (well within the warranty period) it was found that the product was defective. The product was subsequently returned and I was told that as I did not return the product within 7 days, that I was not allowed to return the defective product.

I have now lost out as Takealot is refusing to replace, credit or refund the defective product.
