Takealot does not have client service

I have placed an order on the 29th of November, all my items were showing ''In Stock" at the time I have ordered. Now as time move on, my order keeps moving onwards as I am told the items are out of stock.

On the app it shows my order was placed on the 29th, shipment will be on the 20th December and delivery will be on the 11th December. I guess the Takealot app does not work?

I will NOT recommend Takealot as they say delivery will be within 5-7 working days, my delivery will take almost a month and because of this I am unable to do my planning as I am waiting for my order as they keep telling me the items is out of stock. When I phone the contact centre, first you have to keep on the line for 20min, second they tell me my problem will be escalated to the warehouse and will give me feedback. Yesterday I received a email where they confirmed my order is being picked and packed, today I am told the items are out of stock...
