Takealot does not fulfilled its orders

I order a pedal bin and the book "the mountain is you" on the 24th of January 2026 with delivery being on the 27th of January 2026. Come the 27th no delivery and no communication, next on the app delivery has been changed to the 28th, still it's the 28th 20:18 and delivery has still not been fulfilled, mind you this order has been paid for and yet Takealot does not have the decicency to communicate with me, I'm really annoyed with this service!
