Takealot does not fulfil their promises

I placed my order when their was still stock and had a delivery confirmation , it was not delivered by the Time estimated. And after I called in I was then told they have no stock and had to wait longer, but immediately after that they cancelled my order because there was no long stock. I will never deal with takealot again due to the unprofessional conduct of my order, and will advise people to rather go to a shop then use takealot. As takealot does not fulfill the promises of their services
