Takealot does not ensure they send you the right product

I received the wrong product TWICE , after paying for next day delivery the second time as well , and the people working at the pick-up point are completely clueless, and it seems the people packing the product do not check to make sure they pack the correct product. They are extremely inconvenient to work with , and offer me no compensation for my time wasted , merely saying there is nothing they can do about it. I would rate them 0/5 if possible
