Takealot does not deliver good service

very disappointed in Takealot as they promise a 30 day refund policy but now they want to back out. I purchased a Nokia C20 on the 31.07.2021 but it only arrived on 13.08.2021 due to no stock with the amount of R 1600.00 .The phone started giving me issues last week ….i barely have the phone 30 working days and it keeps giving me blank white screen even during a call which is concerning.
