Takealot does not deliver as they promise to

Im highly disappointed in Takealot, as well as the takealot Richards Bay depot. my order was scheduled to be delivered on the 4/11/2022. The entire day went by and no delivery. I checked the app that evening to see that it was moved to the 5/11/2022. Later that night i got an sms saying its only going to be delivered on the 9/11/2022. When i called the agent at takealot on the morning on the 5/11/2022. See noticed on her side that the local agent moved it to 7/11/2022. She then scheduled it for today 5/11/2022 and ensured me that it would be delivered today. Again all day went by and nothing. Now i received an sms saying to is changed to 6/11/2022. Im not sure wat kind of a circus show takealot has going on here This is the worse customer service . They keep changing the dates with no valid reasons.? We pay alot of money for items only to be messed around like this! I expect to be contacted by someone that will resolve my issues at once.
