Takealot does not deliver anymore!!

I used to like Takealot!, you would place your order today and 2 days later it would be in your hands, but not anymore! I have placed an order on the 20th of December for school stationery and was promised that it would be delivered 25 days later but still nothing! When I tracked my order, I see now that the date has been changed to the 17th Of January!!!! What happen to the excellent service? I guess I should not be buying from Takealot anymore , If I bought the stationery at the shop my child would be happy and I would not have to explain why she does not have her stationery!! Very disappointed!!!
