Takealot does not deliver

I've spent weeks calling and emailing back and forth, trying to get my parcels. They have still not arrived. The Takealot delivery helpline has friendly agents that appear to try their best, but because my delivery was contracted to Courier-It (objectively the most useless Courier company in the country - just look at their online reviews), nothing has been done. This entire experience has been unpleasant and I regret placing an order with Takealot three weeks ago. I have no faith that I'll receive my delivery
