Takealot does not deliver

I bought 6 pirate swords from Takealot and only 2 were delivered. The adverti*****t clearly says x6 boys pirate swords. I have logged a query as there are no contact details anywhere on their website and still have not heard from them. I needed these swords for next week's party so even if I log a return I will not have the funds back in time to buy swords from another shop. I needed these products urgently and even waited two weeks for the swords.
