takealot does not deliver!

I ordered and paid for a vacuum cleaner on Sunday 22 March. The delivery was due 24 March. It is now 26 March, no delivery, no feedback and no updated tracking info. Tracking still shows "will be deliverd by 24 March". As everything will go into lockdown for 21 days, we will spend this time in a dirty house! Call centre does not answer. Takealot sucks.
