Takealot does not communicate or deliver

This is the second time this is happening. when tracking my parcel it gives me a delivery time estimate, I have had someone stand at the door and had signs on the door but still I receive up to 3 messages saying they are unable to deliver my parcel as there is no one to receive it, this is unacceptable as there where no takelot representatives or delivery in the visible area of the flat the 1st time, and the second time there was a takealot van, we went up to the van and asked if there was a delivery for us, and they said none, so tell me how is it possible to say no one was there to collect a parcel when no one came to deliver.
