Takealot does not collect returns

Takealot love to deliver orders but not collect faulty returns they lie and say they attempted to collect the return but i wasnt there which is not the truth as they managed to deliver an order to me that day . Return Reference Number : MRRN-T57OY-VRD5....Has not been collected
