TAKEALOT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

Takealot is becoming so bad seriously they waste their customers time and money and allow them to drive up and down without even assisting them.

I had to drive to the pickup point in kuils river 3 times just to hand in the order which was incorrect all because they cant process a return and you have to wait till the return in approved before you can go there I mean who give you that time and petrol money back but that’s not their problem right.

They now have the item and my money and I now have to wait another week which already messed up my plans . My advise is rather purchase from Temu or go to a physical store .

I would give them a 0 star if I could seriously. I am super annoyed and the worst is I have other pending orders with them .
