Takealot does not care about sellers

I am so annoyed at Takealot.com and how it has been treating sellers. This has gone completely out of hand and it seems that our concerns and complaints land on deaf ears.

How can you contact us saying returns are ready for collection, we book the collection, set a date and time to collect but yet sit here for nearly 5 hours waiting for returns to be ready??? How do you even justify that? I do not have 5 hours of my day to waste waiting around for your *********** and inefficient process!

After the new DC has been operational, we were assured that the process will be quicker but nothing has changed. There are even people here who have been waiting since morning to collect their merchant returns and removal orders.

You have taken us for granted for way too long.
