Takealot does not care a lot

Takealot has completely ignored my complaint related to order #***8 which included InPods that had to come with a charger and user manual, but alas, the chaiger and user manual were missing when I opened the box-package. I immediately sent an SMS to the driver who delivered the order, to alert his bosses, and sent an email to Takealot, but to no avail. It is the last time I buy anything from Takealot.
