Takealot does bad business

Very bad customer service when it comes to refunds and returns.

Quick to take your money and deliver goods when purchasing but told a million reasons why they cannot replace an item.

We as the customers don’t know or care where the item is sold.. we purchase it through takealot so they should replace the item even though the supplier may be different. I have no dealings with the supplier.
