Takealot - dodging their customers ... or victims? Call Centre useless.

I ordered two items. Paid or thought I paid. Was informed I didn't pay for that order. So I paid again, now there is two payments and two orders. I never intended to buy the same items twice! Tried calling Takealot. Got through only once. Could barely hear the person who was no help at all. I want my money back! Phoned three times after that only silence on the line cannot hear the person on the other side. Obvious avoidance tactic on Takealot's side to interact with their victims. Order number *** and ***.
